| Flat-panel display(FPD)automated optical inspection(AOI)equipment is used for defecting and analyzing detections of glass,with the development of the flat large-scale,it is important to develop an instrument which has high speed scanning,high stability and high positioning accuracy.It’s motion control system is the basis of realizing the plate detection and also an important part of the AOI equipment.Yaskawa MP2300 is applied as the host controller of motion control system,SGLGW is adopt as linear motor and SGMJV is used as rotary motor both produced by Yaskawa.Using the distributed load function of M-II,MP2300 S,the system IO module and the servo system are connected in serial to realize multi-axis synchronous control.To guarantee the stability and positioning accuracy of the linear motor,Renishaw grating is used to collect and feedback the movement data for building the closed-loop motion control system.ladder diagram software is programmed with MPE720 to achieve the timing process of flat testing equipment.Motion program is programmed to realize the motion of linear motor.The effect of velocity and acceleration on synchronization of motors is analyzed based on the data sampled by controlling the motor reciprocating movement,the result shows that the larger the speed,the worse the synchronicity,the smaller the acceleration,the better the synchronicity.Effect of different control methods on the speed smoothness is researched by experiment,the linear motors are controlled by SVB or SVR,which are motion control modules,under the condition of load and non-loaded.The result shows that load has no distinct effect on speed stability of linear motor and speed smoothness controlled by SVR is better. |
