Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)control system is a new speed regulation system in recent years,it has the advantage of both DC motor and AC motor speed regulation system and gets the favour of people by its fine features,such as simple structure,high reliability,superior speed regulation performance,large starting torque and small starting current.But because of its doubly salient structure,making magnetic circuit be serious nonlinear,which results in large torque ripple and big vibration noise in low speed,seriously hindering the development of SR motor.The paper employs Instantaneous Torque Control,solving the problem of SR motor torque ripple and big vibration noise in the light of control in low speed.Firstly,based on referring to many literatures,the paper compares SRM control system with other control system,listing its advantages and disadvantages in the form.In response to the problem of torque ripple and vibration noise in low speed,the paper lists several commonly used torque ripple suppression control strategy and introduce them simply.Secondly,after knowing the basic structure and operation principle of the SR motor,in response to the problem of torque ripple,the paper adopts the method of nonlinear adaptive neural fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)to solve it.Based on neural network and ANFIS,it identifies torque model,inverse torque model and inverse flux model,establishing the corresponding simulation model.For the SR motor vibration noise problem,the paper uses two-step commutation method,combining the nonlinear ANFIS control method solving the problem of torque ripple in low speed,to build the integrated control strategy simulation model which can suppress the SR motor torque ripple in low speed.The simulation results indicate that to a certain degree,the control strategy reduces the torque ripple and fluctuation of speed of SR motor.Lastly,three-phase 12/8 SR motor is designed based on the Infineon Tricore 1782 chip,the power switch devices choose half symmetry type main circuit,power supply circuit,current and position detection circuit and other peripheral circuit were designed.The system software was programmed through Tasking and DAvE,the SR motor debugging platform was builded for debugging software and hardware of the system.Debugging results reveal that the developed controller has the characteristics of faster speed response and smaller speed fluctuation.
