In recent years,continuous rain storms brought the flood disaster is very serious to the city,not only caused huge economic losses,and even threat to human life.Facing the city drainage Pipeline overburdened,adding storage facility is currently very effective method,especially with the construction and development of modern city and industry,its status is more and more important.Therefore research the city regulation peak clipping facility to reduce the peak flow,at the same time,make the construction cost as low as possible,which has very important application value and obvious economic,social benefits.Our country’s city existing rainstorm formula is applicable only to the rainfall duration in 1-2 hours,the return period of less than 10 years of rainfall types.Heavy rain general rainfall duration up to several hours or even days,if use the existing formula would lead to large deviation calculation.And the surface runoff by using the average runoff coefficient method of currentare calculated,the result is not accurate enough too.This paper uses the city rainfall data directly calculate rainstorm formula.To satisfy the computational requirements of long rainfall duration,large rainfall reappearing period.Using the annual exceedance value method selected rainfall samples,to make it more representative.24 hours of rainfall duration distribution of rainfall hyetograph using SCS.By using the after initial losses-loss method of calculation of runofaso as to improve the calculation accuracy of rainwater runoff.Simulate each rain water flow process line with the instantaneous unit hydro graph,Accounting the water capacity of the existing urban storm water system,so as to determine the storage facilities location.According to the storage facility location and storage capacity,respectively,make detailed calculation of the parameters and direct construction cost estimation to storage tank and storage tube.The estimation method is mainly from the earthwork cost,construction cost and material cost three aspects.Auxiliary consider covers area and other factors,as close as possible to the actual budget,improve the reliability of the computation and comparability,at last choose the best scheme.The system uses Visual Basic programming language,each component use form and module to realize.The main use of MSFlexGrid control to realize the data input,processing and output.With the optimized menu bar,button,double-click the mouse and keyboard shortcuts single different event to invoke the task process,construction of the whole city rainstorm flood peak clipping method for optimization of integration system.The system has five main functions:Use existing city rainfall data directly to deduce the storm formula,calculate the surface runoff,simulate rain water into the flow,comfirm the storage facilities set position,judge the city rainstorm disaster reduction method,by estimating the direct construction fee to selecte the type of storage fecilities.Through theoretical modeling and engineering example test,this paper constructs a set of city rainstorm storage peak eliminating mitigation optimization ideas,establish optimization model,the software for optimizing practical research.This paper is divided into five parts,the first chapter mainly introduces the background,meaning of the research,the development of the status quo at home and abroad,research content and technical route;The second chapter mainly elaborates the rainstorm formula calculation,runoff calculation,storage facility location selection,type optimization modeling method and the theoretical basis,discussed the specific methods and implementation of the software development process;The third chapter introduces the whole design of the software system;The fourth chapter introduces the basic function and operation method of presentation software with a project example;The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestions.
