Fastener-style steel pipe formwork support is most widely used and popular in the formwork supports system.Because that it has the advantage of erecting and dismantling?strong adaptive?strong adaptability?strong adaptive and a good economy,It has played a leading role in the formwork supports system.With China's construction industry to the "new,high,special,big"direction to develop,construction loads continue to increase,more and more difficult construction,templates collapse accidents are more frequent.In recent years,many scholars attach great importance to this issue and make a long-term research and has prepared the technical specifications associated with security.Therefore,fastener-style steel pipe formwork support has a certain design standards in the design calculations,construction measures and construction management.However,there is a big difference in the structure of fastener-style steel pipe formwork support's movable bearing plates.This paper is based on previous studies on steel tubular scaffold scaffolding system,fastener-style steel pipe formwork support's movable bearing plates were studied using a combination of both methods between experimental method and finite element analysis,Extended length limit of movable bearing plates is given.Provide a reference for the specification revision,so that designers have a unified design basis.First of all,comparative tests were made for fastening board stent system in the laboratory.Critical load and failure mode is obtained when the template stent system in different adjustable support bracket under the extended length instability to further explore the system movable bearing plates' stress mechanism.Secondly,finite element analysis software ANSYS12.0 be applied to make numerical simulation analysis,spring unit is employed to simulate a right angle fasteners "semi-rigid"connection to establish a finite element model of fastener-style steel pipe formwork support's movable bearing plates.By eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis,its instability mode,the bearing capacity and pole stress theoretical research system its instability mode and bearing capacity conducted a systematic theoretical study and finite element analysis results have validity and verify the correctness of the results of this study.theoretical study system for,the influence of mechanical behavior is derived that movable bearing plates effect on the bracket scaffold template.Finally,by finite element analysis software,true-type test is to expand the analysis To draw that Extend the length of the movable bearing plates affect the overall stability of fastener-style steel pipe formwork support in the case of the overall load.Summarize the results of the finite element analysis to obtain the mechanical characteristics of the movable bearing plates in the case of the actual project,obtain reasonable limits of the movable bearing plates,put forward suggestions for related specification modification.
