Fastener type steel pipe high formwork frame is a multi-layer and multi-span space frame which composed of a variety of fasteners,rods and jacks,and now is the mostly widely used support system in China.With the endless construction and structures of various spans and shapes in China,and with the increasing demand for fastener-type steel high-profile formwork.However,there are still some inadequacies in the design,construction and safety supervision and other aspects in the project,and these inadequacies lead to frequent collapse accidents.In view of the above reasons,this paper intends to use the Fastener type steel pipe high-supporting formwork system for the construction of the Gongjiajin Bridge in the east of the River Scenery Project in Xiangtan City to start a research,using the Revit software to realize the 3D visualization simulation of the bridge construction,and analysing the finite element of the overall stabl bearing capability in the high-supporting form works.,and then put forward the corresponding design optimization program to provide reference for engineering practice.The main content is as following:(1)Using Revit software to construct a three-dimensional data model of the Gongjiajin Bridge Fastener type steel pipe high formworks,providing 3D visual simulation analysis of the construction of the Gongjiajin Bridge,obtain detailed project quantity list,get a lot of parameterized families,enrich enterprise family storehouse,facilitate the direct call of similar projects in the future.(2)Using ANSYS finite element software to construct a three-dimensional numerical model of the Gongjiajin Bridge Fastener type steel pipe high formwork frame,and the eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis were used to verify the safety and reliability of the high formwork frame..(3)According to the Gongjiajin Bridge Fastener type steel pipe high-supported formwork system,the analysis of the lift height,horizontal and vertical pole spacing,arrangement of the diagonal bracing,horizomtal tube height and the top overhang height,and the factors can affect the overall stable bearing capability of the framework system such as the wall thickness of the steel pipe,the diameter of the steel pipe,and the torsional moment of the bolt,the results show that:the reasonable arrangement of vertical braces can greatly increase the stability of the Gongjiajin Bridge’s high formwork support,adjusting the horizontal bar length and horizontal and vertical pole spacing appropriately is also more positive for improving its stable bearing capacity effect.(4)Combining the outcomes of finite element analysis and three-dimensional BIM data model,two different optimization design schemes are proposed to conduct comparative analysis of the overall stability of the bearing capacity and the amount of engineering,the results show that the spacing of the horizontal and vertical pole spacing of the high formwork erection scheme for the Gongjiajin Bridge was adjusted from 0.6m to 0.9m,and a horizontal scissor support was added to the top and bottom of the frame at the same time,a vertical scissor support is arranged in the middle position,that is,a high support frame is erected according to the optimized scheme 2,which can provide a higher safety and reliability,and reduce the amount of materials,thereby reducing the construction cost,shorten the construction period,and create better Project benefits.
