Research On The Space Control Of Fuxin City According To Urban Security Patterns

With the rapid development of urbanization,population expansion and the construction land expansion inevitably brings the huge pressure to natural resources and ecological environment,resulting in the emergence of a series of ecological security problems.Through effective planning means to guarantee the urban ecological safety in the expansion has became the problems urban development must be taken into account.The ministry of construction,to solve these problems,reflect on the disadvantages of traditional planning method,The new《Urban-rural planning law》and《urban-rural planning formulation》which successively promulgated,have a series of significant changes to the original planning method system,the emergence of space control is one of them.But so far,both in theoretical research,technology practice or policy level,the research for the r space control in the urban planning is scattered and one-sided,and haven’t formed a complete system.The study on practice is also insufficient and the overall research is relatively weak.On the basis of thorough analysis of urban ecological security、urban ecological security pattern and space control connotation,summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant theory and practical experience,from solving the contradictions,fast urban development faced,between ecological protection and city construction,put forward the space control method based on urban ecological security pattern.Based on empirical study case of Fuxin city:Firstiy,based on the Fuxin city ecological environment present situation analysis and evaluation,according to the main ecological problems which influence the development of Fuxin,selection of ecological bottleneck factor,take the factor of ecology theory,ecological sensitivity analysis method,based on the GIS technology and the ecological sensitivity evaluation of the bottleneck factors,construct a sustainable ecological security pattern.Secondly,according to the "negative planning "theory,combined the level of urban ecological security pattern evaluation with the space control division,and get to space control division for the purpose of protecting the city ecological security.Third,combined the result of the space control division with the ecological function regionalization,according to the ecological service function,put forward different space control strategy.Finally,put forward concrete Suggestions to Guarantee the implementation of the space control planning.
