Xin An Quan Area's water supply reconstruction and expansion project of Shanxi Province is the important channel to solve the contradiction about Changzhi region's engineering water shortage.Xin An Quan Area's water supply reconstruction and expansion project dispatches the Xin An Quan Area to nine counties(cities,regions)of Changzhi,and it can guarantee the irrigation water of urban and rural life,industry and agriculture.The water supply project mainly uses the construction technology that lays PCCP pipe underground.PCCP is a kind of nonmetal compound pipe materials with high quality which combines the advantages of steel pipe and prestressed concrete pipe and it is also known as the most effective environmental friendly nonmetal compound pipe material in the world at present,which possesses reasonable composite structure,stronger ability for bearing the internal and external pressure,good contact sealing,strong shock resistance,convenient and rapid construction,good anti-corrosion,convenient maintenance and other characteristics.Up to date,its high performance and excellent quality can't be replaced by other pipe materials.Xin An Quan Area's water supply reconstruction and expansion project's water pipeline passes many river-crossing(down the river)section and underground high water level section.It has low bearing capacity of soil,high void ratio and very different surrounding soil which can lead to dig side slope unstably,nonuniform foundation's settlement and deformation can lead to bigger hook angle to influence the installation and operation of PCCP pipe.Therefore,combine with the actual situation of this project,under the conditions of satisfying anti-penetration and convenient to install,research the PCCP construction's key technology that under the condition of bad geology.This essay carries on the following work mainly by indoor test,scene test,etc.(1)Introduce the PCCP pipe's service condition at home and abroad and the functions and characteristics of PCCP as water delivery pipe.(2)The bad nonuniform soil and geology that this project involves is mostly fly ash and muddy clay.During the rainfall of flood season,digging the trench is easily occurs collapse.Researching the proper digging plan and trench support plan according to the scene situation.(3)Analyzing the scene's real hydrology and geology,etc.Take the soil sample from thetrench and test,choose the proper precipitation method,adjust and optimize the precipitation measure.(4)By analyzing the scene's experiment and theory,propose the PCCP pipe project back fill replacement plan,construction technology and quality control measure that applies to under bad geology.
