Self-compacting steel fiber reinforced concrete is a performance of self-compacting steel fiber reinforced cement matrix composites.SCSFRC has excellent performance and good mechanical properties of self-compacting,is one of the hot topics in the study of new type of multi-functional concrete.The test starts with the factors that affect the shrinkage and creep properties of SCSFRC,considering the influence of steel fiber content and steel fiber type on the performance,dry shrinkage,autogenous shrinkage and creep of SCSFRC.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.According to regulations of technology of self-compacting concrete application of the performance test method for test of SCSFRC work performance,and test the extension of SCSFRC,The results show that SCSFRC performance meet the requirements.2.Water-cement ratio is 0.31,as a benchmark.The test studied the effects of steel fiber content(0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.4%)and the steel fiber A-25,B-30,C-35 that the steel fiber content is 1.2% on the autogenous shrinkage of SCSFRC.The results show that the steel fiber content has a suitable range,and the high content of steel fiber will reduce the inhibition of steel fiber on autogenous shrinkage of SCSFRC.The effect of B-30 steel fiber with large length diameter ratio on autogenous shrinkage of SCSFRC is better.3.Water-cement ratio is 0.31,as a benchmark.The test studied the effects of steel fiber content(0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.4%)and the steel fiber A-25,B-30,C-35 that the steel fiber content is1.2% on the dry shrinkage of SCSFRC.At the same time,the corresponding steel fiber content of 0% was designed to study the effect of steel fiber on dry shrinkage of SCSFRC.The results show that the steel fiber has a suitable content range can effectively restrain the dry shrinkage of SCSFRC.The effect of B-30 steel fiber with large length diameter ratio on dry shrinkage of SCSFRC is better.4.Water-cement ratio is 0.31,as a benchmark.The test studied the effects of steel fiber content(0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.4%)on the creep of SCSFRC.At the same time,t the corresponding steel fiber content of 0% was designed to study the effect of steel fiber on dry shrinkage of SCSFRC.The results show that the steel fiber has a suitable content range can effectively restrain the creep deformation of SCSFRC,when steel fiber content is 0.6%,the effect of steel fiber on the creep of SCSFRC is better.5.In order to meet the performance requirements of SCSFRC,the amount of cementitious material was increased when the steel fiber content was increased.The results show that the amount of cementitious material has a great influence on the shrinkage and creep of SCSFRC,and the amount of cementitious material should be controlled.
