Rolling bearing is critical equipment for rotating equipment and is the core component that supporting other components and ensuring the accuracy of the drive,as well as one of the most vulnerable parts of the rotating equipment.In the actual engineering,due to the fault of bearing may result in the whole equipment to stop and reduce the efficiency and even serious safety accident,so the early fault detection of rolling bearing detection has important theoretical and applied significance.Resonance demodulation is an effective fault detection method for rolling bearings,and important progress has been made in both theoretical and applied research methods.However,due to the actual environment is complex,the incipient fault signal of rolling element bearing is often submerged by noise,the original resonance demodulation method is not easily detecting failures detect the fault.And the use of a certain signal analysis method for early fault signal denoising and decomposition,subsequently the resonant component of the resonance demodulation demodulation is a reliable method.Based on this,the paper study a new method of Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD),which is an adaptive signal processing,in combination with the resonant demodulation method,so as to improve the efficiency and precision of fault diagnosis.VMD is equivalent to a number of adaptive Wiener filter banks,can be complex non-linear,non-stationary signal adaptive decomposition of Multi-Component signals and the sum.The main content of this research include:(1)The principle and key technology of resonant demodulation method is introduced,and the limitation of resonance demodulation method is verified by simulation analysis.The principle and algorithm of VMD are introduced,and the superiority of VMD relative to existing adaptive signal decomposition methods such as empirical mode decomposition is verified by simulation analysis.(2)According to the technology of resonant demodulation based on the analysis of the nonlinear and non-stationary signal to diagnose the effect not beautiful,are susceptible to noise interference,consider VMD method and resonance demodulation is combined method,and a new method of rolling bearing early fault detection is proposed.The new fault detection method is applied to the experimental data analysis of rolling bearing,by comparing with the existing resonance demodulation and resonance empirical mode decomposition based on.The results show that theproposed method can effectively detection the early fault signal feature of rolling bearing,and the diagnostic effect are better than the above two methods.(3)Aiming at the problem of selecting the sensitive component in the method of VMD-based resonance demodulation,the fast spectral kurtogram is uded to select the sensitive component.On this basis,this paper proposes a spectrum form based on VMD and quick chart of the resonant demodulation method.Finally,the experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively and correctly select the sensitive components,so as to extract the early fault signal of bearing faint characteristic information characteristic information and realize the fault type of the early rolling bearing fault.
