Rolling bearing is an important part of rotating machinery,and its working state is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the whole mechanical equipment.Moreover,rolling bearings are vulnerable parts.Therefore,domestic and foreign scholars have made fault diagnosis of rolling bearings an important research field.In view of this,this article has carried out a series of research on rolling bearing as the research object.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,based on theoretical analysis and engineering application,the background,significance of the research and the historical development of the technology are expounded.The research status and development trend of the rolling bearing are expounded comprehensively.At the same time,the platform used in the experiment and the fault mechanism and fault diagnosis principle of the rolling bearing are introduced in detail.Secondly,the basic theory of variational mode decomposition and resonance demodulation is introduced in detail,and the variational mode decomposition is compared with empirical mode decomposition,ensemble empirical mode decomposition and local mean decomposition.The problems and solutions of traditional resonance demodulation are expounded.Aiming at the problem that the bandpass filter parameters in traditional resonance demodulation is difficult to determine and depend on human subjective experience,the fast spectral kurtosis method is used to construct the adaptive resonance demodulation algorithm.Thirdly,aiming at the problem that the parameter setting of the variational mode decomposition needs artificial preset,an improved variational mode decomposition method based on mutual information is proposed,which makes the decomposition precision higher.Combined with the kurtosis criterion,a complete fault diagnosis method for rolling bearing is proposed,which is based on improved variational mode decomposition and adaptive resonance demodulation.The problem of poor anti-noise performance and band pass filter parameter setting of the traditional resonance demodulation method is solved.Compared with the traditional resonance demodulation and variational mode decomposition combined with the resonance demodulation method,and using quantitative index analysis,the results show that the proposed method has obvious advantages in anti-noise performance and fault diagnosis accuracy.Finally,the practicality of the proposed method is verified by the actual measured rolling bearing fault data of outer ring and inner ring,and the superiority is highlighted by comparison.In the end,after reading relevant data,we have a deeper understanding of the real-time system and understand the significance of its research.In this paper,a real-time rolling fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW RT is designed.The actual rolling bearing fault signal is used to test the system.The results show the effectiveness of the designed system.This experimental system not only has a clear and beautiful,easy-to-use interface,but also has good performance,smooth operation,and easy expansion.It can effectively complete the real-time monitoring and diagnosis of rolling bearing faults.
