With the rapid development of the domestic semiconductor industry,low cost and high performance DSP emerging digital power supply based on DSP control has received wide attention,the “green energy” and “energy saving” the heart of the concept of digital control of switching power supply with high efficiency,high power density and other advantages,and gradually become the focus in the power supply technology.This article mainly introduces the application of digital power supply based on DSP control,realize the synchronous buck converter digital control,developed a prototype of ADP32 based on power control,and voltage control mode and current control mode of two kinds of digital control algorithms in software and hardware debugging.The experimental results show that the synchronous rectification technology can reduce the power loss,and the current control algorithm can improve the dynamic performance of the DC/DC converter.Firstly,research status of the digital power supply is analyzed,and then the control technology of digital power supply to do a comparative exposition,and then analyzes the principle of synchronous rectification technology and mainstream DC/DC topology,the hardware circuit design of synchronous buck converter,using the small signal model of DC/DC converter were analyzed VCM and CCM modeling.Based on the MATLAB software,the digital compensator is designed to determine the compensation function of the S domain to the Tustin transform.Using C language programming software designed,based on the Saber software to open loop and closed loop simulation to verify the feasibility of the theory.Finally,the hardware and software are debugged on the prototype to verify the correctness of the design.
