| During the important transitional period in contemporary China,metropolis are facing many challenges.As the foundation of the urban pyramid,community space plays a vital role in urban microcirculation.Community Commercial Space is highlighted with the urban economic progress,which means improvement of living standards and increase in consumer demand.However,There are still conflicts between community commercial space and urban development.On one hand,the government puts forward slogan of ”People Foremost” and encourages innovation and entrepreneurship.On the other hand,the city is upgrading industries and taking great effort in Population control and urban diseases management.In this case,community commercial pace is faced with options on development approaches.And recently a series of renovation action in Beijing and Shanghai puts Community Commercial Space at the forefront.In this context,based on the needs of community life,the author takes community commercial space in Beijing as the study object,tries to seek and solve the problems between community commercial space and urban development,from the aspect of urban planning,economics,sociology and urban management.First,the essay summerizes correlatively theoretical research to build up t heory foundation.Then the essay reviews the development process of community space and community commercial space in Beijing.With analysis on historical and political background,the author finds out the historical development skeleton of Beijing community commercial space as well as the three main influencing factors,which are social economy development level,space production pattern and policy.On that basis,the author chooses Shuangyushu west community as a typical case to do empirical study.By analyzing time-sections,combined with residents interview and questionnaire investigation,the essay reveals the conflicts between residential needs and community commercial space,and collects feedbacks from the residents about government renovation actions.In the end,the assay gives advice on community commercial space improvement,offering urban planning and normalization management strategy. |
