Research On Space Regeneration Design Of Mixed Urban Old Residential Area Under Community Pension Model

In recent years,with the rising level of science and technology economy,the level of urban development has also improved rapidly.The integration of new and old urban space is almost accompanied by the whole process of urban development.Urban renewal has become the inevitable trend of urban development.The old urban residential areas,which have different construction standards,chaotic main body,old structure,poor planning rationality and low energy saving,have been unable to meet the needs of community residents in the new era,and their dilapidated building appearance has affected the development of the city to some extent.Therefore,the research on space regeneration in the old residential areas of mixed towns under the model of community pension is related to the vital interests of the community residents,and it is of great help to improve the living environment of the community and improve the quality of life of the residents.This paper studies the space regeneration design of the mixed old town under the community pension model.Research in old town village as the main research object,based on the urban vulnerable groups of older communities physiological needs,psychological needs and behavior characteristics,to enhance the urban vulnerable groups of older communities living space,for the purpose of quality to the old village space regeneration carries on the analysis and research,explore out a suitable for our country’s hybrid space regeneration of old residential district in cities and towns,for the community endowment mode of old residential area residents to improve sex,the livability of living space environment.In this paper,the space regeneration design of the old residential area of mixed town under the model of community pension is studied.Based on the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the vulnerable groups in the old urban residential areas,the paper analyzes and studies the space regeneration of the old urban residential areas.According to the current situation of the lack of community pension space in old residential areas,through the combination of literature collection and field research,from the perspective of multi-disciplinary comprehensive analysis and research,Combined with the trend of humanization and humanism in China,the design strategy of space regeneration is generated.In the content,first of all,the research background,purpose,significance and current situation at home and abroad are discussed,and the shortcomings of the existing mixed urban old residential areas in China are analyzed and summarized,which provides support for the construction of urban old residential space regeneration design strategy.Secondly,this paper analyzes and studies the influence of space regeneration in old urban areas on community pension model,the demand of community elderly residents for space regeneration in old urban areas,the limiting factors of community pension model for space regeneration in mixed old urban areas and the advantages of space regeneration in mixed old urban areas under community pension model.This paper can provide some theoretical basis and reference value for the reconstruction of old urban areas in the current stage.
