Valve positioner as a control valve supporting equipment, can improve the performance of the valve, improve control accuracy, reduce the adjustment time,in the field of industrial process control has been widely used.In this paper, the mechanical hardware part of the Yangpu AVP100 valve positioner and the AETS type control valve produced by Wuzhong Instrument Factory are used as the main body of the research, and the automatic control system is designed.Based on the understanding of the working principle of the valve positioner and the response test of the open loop step response, this paper proposes a model with one-order inertia and hysteresis to characterize the actual system. The open-loop gain, inertia time constant and lag time constant of the mathematical model are obtained by two-point method, tangent method and feature area method.Through the comparison,it is found that the mathematical model obtained by the two points method can be more accurate in the actual movement of the reaction system at different times.Using Matlab as the simulation tool, the system simulation experiment is established in the Simulink module, and the PID control algorithm is parameterized by the more mature ZN empirical formula method,ITAE method and internal model control method. The control parameters of the valve positioner are realized from the theoretical level Self-tuning,for the experimental design to provide empirical reference.Setting up the experimental platform to Lab VIEW as the programming software, the initial design parameters self-tuning control algorithm.A Bang-Bang control algorithm is proposed. It is found that the PID algorithm based on Bang-Bang control can reduce the adjustment time of positive stroke and improve the control precision and meet the control requirements.
