Feeder automation system is one of the core of the distribution automation system,and feeder automation is the core of fault location,fault isolation and the breakdown area power supply recovery.Realize feeder automation can effectively reduce the outage time,narrowing the scope of power,improve the quality of power supply reliability and power supply,reasonable distribution of electrical energy to reduce energy consumption,the power supply is more economic and reasonable.Based on 10 kV overhead feeder automation system as the research object,through the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software to build a typical 10 kV feeder automation system simulation platform,to more image,directly on the feeder automation system fault location,isolation and power supply through analyzing the process of recovery,for the further development of feeder automation research provides a practical platform.Around the platform construction,this paper made the following work:1.Study the overall architecture of feeder automation system are analyzed,to understand the function of each part;Briefly illustrates the typical post distribution switchgear,circuit breaker,load switch;The feeder automation terminal(FTU)should possess the functions are described;For distribution network communication mode and the realization of feeder automation mode has carried on the simple introduction,provide reference for the design of the platform structures and abundant theoretical basis.2.The overall structure of the platform is put forward;The platform structures and components used in the process of the details;Solved the key problem in the process of platform to realize,contains over current detector threshold setting and how to realize the control of the switch in the PSCAD.3.The development of platform:First,builds the platform for the distribution network equipment used in a detailed study,parameter setting;secondly using PSCAD cabin in the detection and control components of fault location,isolation and power supply recovery;finally will each functional module set built a complete and working platform.In structures,feeder automation simulation platform,the platform specific to set the simulation parameters,and through the simulation of two phase ground fault can be concluded that the platform has the following functions:real-time acquisition of power distribution network equipment of electric parameters(three-phase voltage,current,etc.);Can be set up according to the actual distribution circuit structure model,for all kinds of line fault simulation;Can realize feeder automation system fault location,isolation and power supply recovery,and the research of feeder automation is more visual and intuitive.
