Wind turbine blade as the key component for capturing wind energy whose performance has a direct impact on the utilization of wind energy and the economy of wind power development.The blade design is the key technology of wind power generation system,whose shape,structure,and the forces are quite complex.This paper is based on Blade Element Momentum theory and involved the research on blade parametric design and analysis,the MATLAB software development is supported to the design.The research work has beed done in this thesis includes the following aspects:1)The overall design of the software platform.The optimization design of blade’s aerodynamic shape is based on MATLAB GUI graphical user interface design and programming.The overall design of the software platform includes two modules:the blade aerodynamic design module and parametric modeling module,and describes the design process of platform built.This software platform greatly improves the computational efficiency of the blade design and physical modeling,in order to facilitate further analysis of the blade.2)The blade aerodynamic design module provides the functionality of blade aerodynamic shape optimization design.Based on Wilson theory,the overall parameters of the blade aerodynamic design are determined,the mathematical model of optimized design is established,MATLAB as a tool to calculate the blade shape parameters,considering the tip losses,axial and tangential interference factor on the blade aerodynamics,the results are corrected to make it comply with the requirements of the manufacturing process.3)The blade parametric modeling module includes the blade geometry module,input module and data output module,the MATLAB GUI tools provide the function of airfoil space coordinate transformation and a graphical user interface for parametric modeling,and outputting data to Pro/E interface to generate a solid model.And also preliminary structure is designed.4)The blade aerodynamic performance is simulated through CFD software,reflecting the aerodynamic characteristics of the actual blade.Through ANSYS finite element analysis software,static analysis and modal analysis on shutdown blade to calculate the blade total deformation,stress,strain cloud images and the first six order natural frequency of each vibration mode diagram,in order to avoid blade resonance,improve the service life of blade for a reference.
