With high speed of Chinese city modernization process, large piles of rock-soildrilling and tunneling technology is developing rapidly. The full rotary casing drill rigplays an important role in the city modernization process, it is mainly used in pileconstruction of the city viaduct, high-speed rail and bridge foundation. However, the fullrotary casing drill rigs which we are using are mainly relies on import, the localization ofthe rotary casing drill rig becomes an actual problem required to solve urgently for ourcountry foundation equipment. In response to the national twelve program, therevitalization of our country’s foundation equipment industry and to improve the pilingconstruction engineering capacity of our piling machinery equipment. The paper hasdesigned and simulated the full rotary casing drilling rig hydraulic system, which has animportant guiding significance for the full rotary casing drilling rig development.In this paper, mechanical analysis on rock cutting has being done according to themaximum tensile stress theory, the minimum energy principle and McKyes soil cuttingresistance theory on rock cutting. Design the hydraulic drive and control system of therotary casing drilling rig with hydraulic transmission theory and electro-hydraulicproportional control technique based on, and simulate and analyze the hydraulic systemand element of push and pull using the AMEsim hydraulic simulation software.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Established rock cutting mechanical model of the rotary casing drill rig, andanalyzed the parameter in the mechanical model which affect the tool load, has obtainedthe basic linear relationship conclusions between the vertical push force and cutting depth.provides a theoretical basis for hydraulic system design of the rotary casing drill rig.(2)Designed and analyzed the hydraulic system of the rotary drilling rig, completedthe parameter calculation of the rotating, pushing and pulling hydraulic system of the fullrotary casing drill rig, established the pushing and pulling hydraulic control system androtating hydraulic control mode of the rotary casing drill rig.(3)Established and simulated pushing and pulling hydraulic components and systemsimulation model, Based on the simulation analysis and coMParison of three kinds ofcontrol methods about the increasing pressure constant pressure and decrease pressureconstant pressure thrusting, proved the basic conclusion that the control characteristics of pressure closed loop control and flow pressure closed loop control on constant drill issuperior to open loop control in the control scheme of the full rotary casing drill rigfeeding system.
