The wide application of substation automation technology improves the modernization level of power grid construction,enhances the capacity of power transmission and distribution,and reduces the total cost of substation construction.The intelligent switch,electronic transformer,on-line equipment testing and training simulation of the substation operation technology is gradually mature,and the development and application of high-speed computer networks in real-time systems,all the information in the substation acquisition,transmission and processing of digital substation will become an inevitable trend of substation automation construction.The paper combines the design of digital substation in Fuxin power grid 66 K V Houxinqiu substation renovation project in the old autumn,analysis system design of 66 K V after the new autumn digital substation.First of all,the design of a new system for the new substation after 66 K V,including the scale of construction,the main electrical wiring,the selection of the main equipment,the total electric plane,etc..According to the design requirements of the digital substation,the digital design of Houxinqiu 66 k V substation is carried out.From the selection of digital substation equipment;SV system structure,network structure,GOOSE network structure architecture;discusses the design scheme of 66 k V implementation of Dalang digital substation relay protection function,control function,information collection and measurement functions.At last,the design of AC / DC integrated power supply system for Houxinqiu 66 k V substation is presented.
