The pressure load between pantograph and catenary is fluctuated in the actual running process of electric locomotive.The magnitude and frequency of dynamic contact pressure affect the quality of the current.In order to further study the sliding electrical contact problem under fluctuating loads,it is necessary to simulate the fluctuating pressure loads between pantograph and catenary on a sliding electric contact simulator.Therefore,the original static pressure loading sliding electrical contact test machine is reformed,and the key to the transformation is to realize the fast and accurate load control of fluctuating pressure.Therefore,The dynamic pressure contact between carbon slide plate and copper wire is studied.The voice coil motor is used as the actuating mechanism,and the measuring and controlling parts of the experimental machine are reformed.In order to meet the requirement of rapidity and accuracy of wave load system,a double loop control strategy of current loop / pressure loop based on voice coil motor is adopted on the basis of mathematical model of the system.The pressure loop is improved by using the auto disturbance rejection control strategy,and the nonlinear error feedback control law is realized by nonlinear function.The fuzzy RBF neural network is introduced to solve the problem of parameter self adaptability,and the control parameters are adjusted online to improve the control quality.The simulation and experimental results show that the servo system has faster response speed,higher control accuracy and better robustness,and meets the requirements of the experimental system.
