In order to realize the development of fuel cell powered car's application,the proton exchange membrane of fuel cell was studied in depth,and researchers strived to get good performances of the proton exchange membrane to use in battery system.Studies on perfluorinated proton exchange membrane,partially fluorinated proton exchange membrane,non fluorinated proton exchange membrane and composite proton exchange membranes have made a certain progress in recent years.Particularly,a lot of researchers prepared proton exchange membrane using electrospinning method with Nafion and other polymer materials,making the membrane possess high proton conductivity,good stability and low permeability,hence the the process parameters of electrospinning experiments were studied.Based on the successful spinning experience of preparation of Nafion nanofibers,in this study,experimental conditions were optimized again through the control of aroller and a stepper motor.By the study of Nafion fiber membrane's forming condition,more uniform fiber mats with proper thickness and good morphology were received by the equipment.Finally,we obtained the optimum experimental conditions to prepare proton exchange membrane,and the properties such as thickness,proton conductivity,tensile strength,water absorption and swelling property through a series of measurements.On the basis,this paper also studied the incorporation of graphene oxide(GO)into Nafion solution,and fabricated GO/Nafion composite fiber membrane by electrospinning method.GO has good dispersibility and good compatibility with polymer.In this experiment,the content(wt)of GO in the obtained mixed solution was 0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,respectively.The GO-doping method,the optimal content of GO in nanofibers,and the influence of doping GO were studied through the measurements of the membrane's properties.After the successful preparation of fiber membrane using electrospinning,then,it is necessary to carry out the post-treatment of the fiber mats,including water treatment,matrix-filling,and hot pressing.And on the basis of previous experiments,centrifugal electrospinning method was utilized,and the centrifugal electrospinning experimental conditions to membrane-forming with different polymer materials(PVP,GO/Nafion,CDs/Nafion)were explored.Compared with electrospinning,higher efficiency and higher quality membrane to use as the fuel cell proton exchange membrane was expected.
