With the integration of information and industrialization,China as a country with large scale of manufacturing,the demand for the traditional manufacturing industry to upgrade is more and more urgent.The traditional mass production,assembly line production of workshop manufacturing model is no longer adapt to the market demand and replaced by flexible manufacturing which is a more advanced production model.Therefore,concentrating on the flexible manufacturing research flexible shop scheduling problem,to achieve the workshop production line flexible production,custom production,has important significance and application value.The problem of flexible shop scheduling problem is a typical NP-hard combinatorial optimization problem.Compared with the traditional workshop scheduling,it embodies the flexibility of the workpiece,process and machine.It is an extension of the traditional industrial scheduling problem.The bat algorithm,as a kind of the new intelligent group algorithm,has been proved to solve the problem of shop scheduling problem by the related research.Based on this,the problem of flexible scheduling is solved by applying the bat algorithm in this paper.The algorithm of bat algorithm is applied to the discrete domain,design and improve the coding,decoding,population initialization,updating operation and algorithm flow.The validity and superiority of the algorithm are verified by case study and programming.Solving the problem of flexible scheduling provides new ideas and ways to further improve the flexible shop scheduling program and enhance the level of the line scheduling.Customized production is the production model to meet the individual needs according to customer demand for production,which is an important part of flexible production.This paper take the processing path as the research object,design the production system structure,hardware,software,programme the PLC,write the custom production information and flexible production information in RFID tags RFID Tag variable table,interact the information of production line,to facilitate the production line flexible production with making communication information of RFID module and PLC,using the WinCC platform to open up from web server,MES,and the production line data link,making the workshop production line customized according to web order online,to achieve the bottom of the production layer data and the upper layer of the data flow of two-way flow,having real-time production,meeting the needs of the line information which can be traced back,monitored and so on,making the flexible production line can be customized production.
