In recent years, the global enconomy mode has been changed very dramatically, which make thedevelopment in China’s manufacturing face new challenges: customers’consumer demand is morediversified, more individualized, higher quality and lower prices. Therefore, the promotion andimplementation of Flexbile Manufacturing Technology is a very important way, which can impovemanufacturing standards of our manufacturing enterprises rapidly and adapt to the competitivemodern manufacturing.The production scheduling system and the real-time monitoring system of production act asFlexbile Manufacturing System, and the key technologies as well which decide if FlexibleManufacturing System can obtain anticipated profit. Consequently, the research into the productionscheduling problem and the real-time monitoring system of production technology is critical tooperation of the system.This thesis futher studied around the production scheduling optimization andthe real-time monitoring of production process problem of Flexbile Manufacturing Line, the mainresults of the thesis are as follows:(1) Making the wheel axle flexible manufacturing line and the final flexible assembly lines ofInternational railway coaches as research object, whose functional requirements are analysised, UMLsystematic modeling was designed, and then the overall system architecture was designed, theworkflow was designed, database was designed.(2) The type of the wheel axle flexible manufacturing line’s production scheduling problem wasAnalysised, whose mathematical model was built, and then a hybrid solving heuristic algorithm andgenetic algorithm was designed, finally, the simulation experiments and a comparative analysis withan exiting algorithm were carried out.(3) According to the feature of CNC machine tools on the wheel axle flexbile manufacturingline, the second development of CNC machine tools data collection technology based on HMIsoftware was proposed, which relized realtime data collection and the remote monitoring of CNCmachine tool long-distance running status and data, then long-distance work state monitoring andcontrol of conveying manipulator based on PLC technology, and meanwhile, id can solve theproblem of the work linkage and safety interlock of CNC and robot on base of these techniques.(4) The method of data collection technology based on RFID was proposed, and the visualizati-on and wip dynamic tracking of the final flexible assembly lines of railway coaches were achieved.
