With the continuous development and utilization of the new energy, the existing energy production and scheduling coordinating system has defects in adapting to the new energy production mode. By taking the construction of regional energy internet project as example,this paper conducted technical research for typical architecture design of energy internet,comprehensive multi-energy coordination and control, appraisal index system,comprehensive energy operating mode and the like,established a regional energy internet architecture model to guide the design of comprehensive energy supply plan in the project construction, researched the key technology for operation regulating and controlling of regional energy internet, put forward multi-objective optimization principles and multi-energy coordination and control strategies of the regional energy internet, developed an operation control platform for the regional energy internet, and realized controllable tieline power between the regional energy internet and the large power grid. Moreover,this paper established a regional energy internet appraisal index system,including four major categories, i.e. region, subsystem, equipment and environment, and realized comprehensive and objective evaluation to the operating level of regional energy internet through the project case.In addition, this paper established a regional energy internet demonstration project dominated by electric power and featured with the comprehensive coordination and supply of multiple energies, and realized the comprehensive energy supply mode based on electric power. In this project, the operation capability of power grid in the park was regulated and controlled, thereby balancing the power supply and the load demand of multiple energies in different conditions, realizing the optimization and unified scheduling of new power system within this region, and improving the energy supply efficiency of the park.
