| In today’s development of automobile industry,the energy-saving and environment-friendly new energy vehicles has become a significant way because of lacking energy and environmental pollution.The control technology of motor,one of the three main technologies of new energy vehicles,plays an important role in the new energy vehicles’ safety and comfort.How to control a motor in a reasonable and efficient way becomes an intreasted subject.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),which has many advantages such as high efficiency and high reliability,has been widely used.In the control strategy of PMSM using in vehicles,the traditional field orientation control and the direct torque contorl that using proportional-integral(PI)controller and Bang-Bang controller bas been widely used because its relatively simple implementation.Unfortunately,PMSM is a nonlinear system with parameter variations,unavoidable and unmeasured disturbances.Thus it has many shortcomings such as low contorl accuracy and large torque pulse in the control strategy using the traditional controller.When the automobile is traveling in a straight line,there may be speed error,differential oscillations,and more worse,severely overloaded and enentually lead to equipement failure in smoe motors because of the different load torque of wheel motor,which endanger the safety of driving.In this paper,the single permanent magnet synchronous motor control will be studied and so do the mulit-motor speed coordination control,this paper content mainly includes:(1)The conversion process of permanent magnet synchronous motor in the natural coordinate system,static coordinate system and rotating coordinate system was established,and the corresponding simulation model was built in the MATLAB/Simulink environment;(2)The space vector pulse width modulation algorithm is introduced,the traditional field orientation control and direct torque control are simulated,according to the results of simulation analysis as well as their advantages and disadvantages,puts forward improvement ideas;(3)A single controller design of permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied,in order to obtain a better speed tracking and torque and stable effect,this paper proposes a new control algorithm based on sliding mode adaptive fuzzy algorithm,and type-1,type-2 fuzzy logic system is used to contrast its control effect;(4)For the coordination control problems when the new energy cars run in straight line,aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional control strategy,put forward tow improved coordination control algorithm based on fuzzy logic system and adaptive fuzzy sliding mode system;(5)The overall design of the PMSM control system of new energy vehicles was carried out,including the hardware module design of the control system and the software module design of the control system. |
