It is an irreversible trend to integrate the large-scale wind power to electric power system for the development of electric power industry.Using energy storage technology to stabilize the wind power fluctuations in wind power system scheduling,which can be used to actualize the safe and reliable operation of the wind power system.Most wind power sites are located in mountain area,we could exploit the energy storage of mountains by take advantage of the to pographyand landform of them.Therefore it is significant to study on the principle of the energy storage of mountains and the capacity allocation of stabilizing the wind power fluctuations.The author analyzed the advantages of the energy storage of mountains by describing the characteristics and operation principle of the energy storage of mountains.It's more available and less costly than pumped storage power station.The railway construction and electric motor technology is better than the flywheel energy and air energy storage.And the author analyze the energy transition between generation and storage process of the mountain energy storage.For the generation process of the device,release a weight at a certain height,and then let it falling down the mountain track,and complete the transition of gravitational potential energy-kninetic energy-electric energy.For energy storage of the device,Drag the weight up by electricity,to complete the storage of electric energy-kninetic energy-electric energy.The author also built up the energy transition functions of the mountain energy storage device by combined with the analysis of the force of the weight of each stage.To smooth the output power of the wind power sites and reduce the fluctuation of the grid-connected wind power.Based on wind power prediction error distribution characteristics of wind power,the author analyzed the mountain energy storage when actual power is greater than the predicted power,and the operation mode of generation system when actual power is less than the predicted power.The author assume that the economic benefit cycle is one year.And list the constraint of the conversation of energy,and built an optimal allocation model with the most benefit and the least cost.The author analyze that the energy storage device not only can stabilize the fluctuation of the electric power of the wind power,and also can improve economic performance by this example.Meanwhile it verified the validation of the energy transition functions of the mountain energy storage.The study on renewable energy power generation of the mountain energy storage,The author studied on the operation potential of the energy storage system,improve it economic and social benefit by proper capacity allocation.And the author believe that it has important significance in practice of its promotion and application.
