Along with the large renewable energy centralized planning, the traditional network access mode has been unable to meet the large scale wind power transmission, power transmission network access mode in the world gradually become a trend. The network planning of large-scale wind power integration is the primary bottleneck, advanced power transmission project is the development of large-scale wind power of the first elements, but power grid planning generally lags behind the energy planning, makes the large-scale wind power integration after the emergence of such as voltage stability, power quality problems. Makes the emergence of such as voltage stability, power quality problems after the large-scale wind power integration.In this paper, based on IEEE-36node example, using PSASP simulation software make quantitative analysis for wind power system static voltage stability and take assessment of power quality. As the basis for the criteria of the grid to accept wind power capacity, and gives the priority method and quantitative calculation to do approximate and accurate calculation on the grid to accept wind power capacity. calculation results as the control strategy of the energy storage system output. In the storage system optimization, based on network loss-power sensitivity principle, calculation of the load bus network loss of first-order sensitivity, on the basis of the finite differential, calculate the second order index to meet the good linear, based on the two order index ranking, to determine the best access bus of energy storage system. In the energy storage capacity mixture ratio calculation, are given the capacity ratio program based on accepted capacity and optimization scheme based on optimal power flow. And from a power transmission network centralized transaction level, gives a further analysis. For capacity ratio under optimal power flow, from social total benefit aspect, gives the energy storage system economic evaluation.Finally, the results before and after contrast, proved the paper mentioned some new methods of rationality and validity, and given the expansion analysis by the prospect of references in the core content.
