At present,the imaging device which have high pixel and high frequency frames have been widely used in aerospace filed.The challenges of high-speed,high-capacity and high reliability for image acquisition and storage device is spring up.So in this paper,we have designed a image acquisition storage device based on LVDS accord to the domestic and foreign researches.The equipment uses FPGA as the core controller to buffer and store PCM data,fast variable data and two high-speed image data.At the same time,it performs real-time processing and analysis of data through the readback channel.First of all,the paper have made detailed introduction and analysis about the hardware circuit of analog acquisition and PCM data reception.Meanwhile,the design philosophy and the technological process about its logical control has elaborated.Secondly,combined with the principle of LVDS transmission technology,the hardware circuit of high-speed image data receiving unit and readback unit are designed.Also,we have optimized the timing logic and made a summary about the key technology of LVDS in practical application.Logically,in order to solve the case of a mismatch between the transmission speed and the processing rate about the various types of data,we have employed caching techniques which integrated in FPGA to mash the data up within a certain rule.Then,the high-speed data can be recorded in the NAND FLASH in real time.In addition,this project not only optimized the command signal detection and the timing control of encapsulation,but also expounded the state machine coding style of logical design,which improved the reliability of logical operations.At last,we have proposed a feasible software testing method to the BER of LVDS,so the stability of the system work can be assess easily.At the end of this paper,the closed loop test platform for image acquisition and storagedevice is constructed with the ground testbed.The experimental results demonstrate that the device can record the key signals of the aircraft in real time.Therefore,it satisfies all requirements proposed by system and has the characteristics of large data transmission,real-time,flexible and reliable.
