In order to study the application of geomagnetic attitude measurement technology in guided munitions,a set of semi physical simulation system of a missile onboard geomagnetic angle measuring device is developed based on geomagnetic attitude measurement system.The semi physical simulation system of missile borne geomagnetic angle measuring device provides dynamic geomagnetic environment changes to reproduce the process of flight of the projectile shot under the geomagnetic induction angle measuring device magnetic field.The system mainly consists of three parts: a magnetic shield,a signal generator and a magnetic field generator.In this paper,we mainly selected the shape,material and structure of the magnetic shielding cylinder,and analyzed the shielding effectiveness of a cuboid cavity,a cylindrical cavity magnetic shield and the zero magnetic space size,and shielding effectiveness of three kinds of magnetic shielding cylinder with different relative permeability materials,and monolayer and multilayer structure of the magnetic shielding shield effectiveness.In this paper,we build the mathematical model of Helmholtz coils on circular and square two structures,and deduced analytic formula of the strength of the magnetic field vector at any point inside the coil,and carried out the square Helmholtz coils ANSYS numerical simulation.through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation of the size of the magnetic field space,verify the mathematical model of correctness analysis of coil type.The geomagnetic signal generating system transferred into three axis sinusoidal signal by geomagnetic signal trajectory testing mathematical model,three axis sinusoidal voltage signal to drive the Helmholtz coil magnetic environment simulation by dynamic geomagnetic vector signal generator.In this paper,the circuit of geomagnetic vector signal generator is designed.Through numerical calculation and simulation analysis,we obtained the cylindrical multilayer permalloy material made of magnetic shielding cylinder by "zero magnetic space",the zeromagnetic space" are mainly distributed in the middle region of the magnetic shielding.The magnetic field generated by the square Helmholtz coils is more uniform,and the uniform magnetic field is mainly distributed in the middle region of the coil.Therefore,in the field of geomagnetic field measurement,the coil frame should be placed in the middle of the magnetic shielding cylinder,and the magnetic field measuring device will be placed in the middle of the coil.The geomagnetic vector signal generator can simulate the same magnetic field vector signal calculated by the theoretical mathematical model.
