Appliction of magnetic navigation technique in guided munitions have become a trend,in order to achieve accurate conventional munitions,against development on the basis of ballistic conventional munitions against development on the basis of ballistic correction technology.Aiming at simulating control system design of a magnetic field simulation controller hardware in the loop simulation system used the feedback to PC GUI interface to verify the feasibility of magnetic field simulation controller.Magnetic field simulation controller hardware in the loop simulation on system of dynamic magnetic field,reproduce the ammunition in the flight simulation controller of magnetic field induced changes in the Earth's magnetic field.This paper focuses on magnetic field simulation based on DSP controller to launch,in ammunition,Earth's magnetic field to calculate the flight data model and controller hardware and software designed to analysis and research.First of all,on several of the commonly used coordinate system and transformation between coordinate systems are analyzed,by analyzing the forces and moments acting on the flying ammunition as well as kinematic equations established a Simulink model,can be used to produce the geomagnetic field analog data.Secondly,to describe the characteristics of the magnetic field,and the establishment of the mathematical model of the Earth's magnetic field.Airborne geomagnetic component was analyzed,and simple introduction to the types of magnetic sensors built missile simulation model of the geomagnetic field strength measurement.On the basis Matlab/GUI designed magnetic field simulation software,provides a simple,intuitive visual interface ton display data from the magnetic field.Aagin,the controller based on DSP design a magnetic field simulation,hardware includes:PWM waveform,power-driven,current sensing circuit,overcurrent detection circuit,fault detection,and AD correction.Software include:clock parts.AD-production parts,protect break part of the interrupt signal.Finally,the analog controllers experiment on magnetic field analysis on the feasibility of designed experiments,signal passes through a magnetic filed Simulator of magnetic vectorcurrent signal through the magnetic field simulateor of magnetic vector current signal through the magnetic field generator,generates a magnetic field and use sensors to measure the magnetic field strength,data back to the PC through PC-Axis magnetic field strength,data back to the PC through PC-Axis magnetic field and theory lose intensity out put calibration.
