the side of the surface warship protection is the main barrier to defend anti-ship missiles and other weapons.As the last line of defense,the side armor structure will not only be penetrated directly by the anti-ship missile,but also may be impacted by the fragments and residual shock wave.Its anti-penetration and anti-impact capability has become an important index to evaluate the safety of warships.At the same time,the explosion of anti-ship missile in the ship cabin,the damage of the fragment to the personnel and the equipment,the transverse structure of the cabin is the key of the passive defense.Therefore,based on the needs of the design of the ship's protective structure,it is of great significance for the design of the ship's side defense armor structure under the action of anti-ship missiles,and the design of the transverse structure of the cabin under the fragment.This paper introduces the type of anti-ship missile of the domestic and foreign,and relevant penetration theoretical knowledge,the traditional plate is established and make anti-ship missiles penetrates the traditional plate,comparing the velocity attenuation results and theoretical results.Verify the reliability of numerical simulation.The corrugated sandwich plate is established on the basis of different angles.The analysis of 60° corrugated core sandwich plates is studied.It is the optimal angle for the design of a sandwich;Inverted A type sandwich plates was established based on the target plate of corrugated sandwich,a comparison of defense performance between inverted A type sandwich plate and 60°corrugated sandwich plate at the defense effect;At the same time do optirmization design for the inverted A type sandwich plate,a comparison of inverted A type sandwich plate thickness optimal transverse rib is 0.01863m;at the end,the anti-ship missiles penetrate into the inside of the ship,it can explode in it,the formation of a large number of fragments and shock wave can damage the people and equipment in the warship.By changing the middle of the door with double Layer structure,To compare three different interlayer structure of the double bulkhead structure by the fragment defense performance analysis.The velocity of fragment is Diminished greatest the best defense fragment penetration effect is cross type honeycomb sandwich bulkhead,It can be effected to protect the personnel and equipment of cabin.It has certain theoretical value and reference significance for improvement of the warship armor structure by the results of this article research.
