| With the rapid development of civil aviation, many domestic airports are planning the construction of the second or third runway to cope with delay problem by the airport capacity deficiency,so the airport control runway mode of operation and the assessment of airport capacity becomes critically important. In view of the current situation of the multi-runway airport control operation mode and capacity evaluation, this paper implements the work of analyzing the assessment of capacity based on the evidence theory. This paper establishes a measurement system that includes 17 kinds of airport control operation performance measures, uses the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the general rank of the indexes, selects the four top ones as the key indicators, and the four key indicators are used as four kinds of evidence of D-S evidence theory. In this paper, the Airtop simulation platform is used to simulate the current situation of ChongQing JiangBei Airport and the control operation of the third runway in the future.Airtop simulates 24 scenes in total, including towards southward and northward.According to the key indicators of the simulation platform, the information entropy theory is used in the process of determining the initial probability distribution function of the D-S evidence theory. The probability of the four kinds of evidence for each simulation scene is obtained and then the initial probability is merged. Finally, the fusion result is analyzed, and the optimal control mode is obtained. Then, the optimal control mode of operation is further simulated to obtain the airport capacity. In order to verify the authenticity of the simulation results, the tower simulator is used to verify and prove that the simulation airport capacity is basically the same as the simulation evaluation results, and the reliability of the simulation and the effectiveness of the method are proved. It has solved the problem of the choice of the running mode of multi-runway airfield’s regulation and the assessment of the capacity, which has the feature of universality. |
