The construction of rural drinking water projects in china has made great achievements since the eleventh five-year plan,but the majority of water supply projects are using the traditional water treatment process and the level of operation and management is low,which resulting projects face many problems.Compared with the traditional water treatment process,UF has a huge advantage.The application of UF in the vil age water supply plant is more and more widely in recent years.In order to ensure the vil age ultrafiltration water supply plant play a role in long-term,we need to establish long-term operation mechanism.In this paper,the operating mechanism of the town UF water supply plant is established according to the thinking from the local to the whole.First of al,according to the structural characteristics of the town ultrafiltration water supply plant,the system is divided into subsystems,and the operation mechanism of each subsystem is established according to the operating characteristics of each subsystem;Then,the operation and management of an ultrafiltration demonstration project in Chongqing are guided according to the established operation mechanism.The results show that the operation mechanism is beneficial to the long-term stable operation of the project.In view of the new situation of the regional development of water supply plants in vil ages and towns,a model and management scheme suitable for regional management are constructed,and the regional management cost is preliminarily estimated.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Through the theoretical analysis of the UF water supply plant is divided into input subsystem,operation subsystem and output subsystem and established the operating mechanism of the system from the angle of capital management and logistics support mechanism.2.By the guidance of the operation mechanism established,the water supply plant is running for 2 years in good condition,such as 1~2 times of restorative chemical cleaning can solve the pollution problem of ultrafiltration membrane;automatic control system is stable and reliable,the data accuracy rate is 100%,the system availability is 100%.3.The operating energy consumption and operating cost of the system are reduced by improving the relevant operation parameters of the practical object.At present,the water production rate of the system is more than 95%?4.Through the comparison of the process before and after the transformation of the water plant,it is concluded that the daily operation cost of the direct ultrafiltration process is lower than the traditional water treatment process,and the effluent quality is superior to the effluent water quality of the original process.5.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional management model and puts forward the improved regional management mode.The cost of the preliminary calculation of the regional management mode is only about 1/3 of the traditional management mode,and it has many advantages and suitable for the future development trend.The research has been supported by the development and demonstration project of the integrated treatment equipment for drinking water treatment in mountainous areas,and has a certain reference value for the operation and management of ultrafiltration waterworks.
