Based on the existing study on ship-wharf impact,the rubber fender has been added to the model and the actual hull structure takes place of the previous solid hull model to guarantee the simulation of the ship-wharf interaction more effectively.According to the frame-pier wharf of Guoyuan phase ?in Chongqing port,the numerical model of the actual hull structure-fender-wharf has been established with the nonlinear finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA and the dynamic responses of structure has been analyzed under the different influence factors such as tonnage,velocity,impact angle,impact location and impact height.The simulation results of real ship and equivalent ship have been comparedand analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The analysis results of dynamic response indicate that the collision force-time curves is similar to the cosine.The impact force reaches a maximum value during a very short period of time,then drop to zero almost at the same speed;The difference between the two kinds of simulation results is small.(2)The faster velocity,the greater tonnage or the larger impact angle,then the impact force of ship to wharf is greater and the impact time is shorter.(3)In the section of wharf structure,when the ship impacts different bents,because the constraints related to middle bent are more than that related to bents on both sides,and so is relative stiffness,so the impact force peak of the middle bentis the maximum,while the impact force peak of the both sides bents gradually reduce.Also,when ship impacts the bents with different heights,due to the stiffness of the second layer of bents is the largest,so the impact force peak of the second layer of bents is alsothe biggest.(4)The comparision of the actual hull structure with the simplified solid hull model shown that the tendency of the two collision force-time curves is consistent;When the speed unchanges while the tonnage of ship changes,the impact force of the former model is 3%~6% higher than that in Code for Loads of Port Engineering,and the impact force of the latter model is 11%~20% higher than that in Code for Loads of Port Engineering.A conclusion can be inferred that the simulation results of the actual ship structure model are closer to the results of Code for Loads of Port Engineering.
