| The high-pile wharf structure is one of the most used wharf types in the port area.Its use not only provides the ship with berthing and stopping locations,but also provides loading and unloading locations for the supply vessels,and also provides convenience for tourists to disembark.With the increase of China’s foreign trade activities and the rapid development of the maritime shipping industry,as well as the increase in the frequency of entry and exit of ships,there are occasional dangerous accidents when the ship is hitting the platform of the high-pile wharf.In severe cases,damage to the ship and wharf structure is caused.Therefore,this paper simulates the collision accident between ship and high-pile wharf,and studies the motion response process of the ship hitting the high-pile wharf structure at different initial speeds,different impact angles and the thickening of different members of the ship’s stern.Finally,from the case of the high-pile wharf with or without rubber fenders,the motion response of the wharf under collision is analyzed,and its impact on the crashworthiness of the ship and the wharf is studied.This paper takes the two-span three-story structure of a harbor high-pile wharf and a 50,000-ton bulk carrier as the research object,and uses the nonlinear software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to establish the actual size model of the bulk carrier and the high-pile wharf.The bulk carrier is designed at the high water level of the wharf and hits the wharf at the maximum safe berthing speed.The calculated results are used to verify the safety of the berthing speed.Taking different initial speeds as the research object,the influence of speed on the berthing collision pier of the ship is discussed.The study shows that the greater the initial velocity,the more serious the damage to the wharf;the impact of the collision process on different impact angles is analyzed.According to the analysis,the situation in which the front side hits the high-pile wharf is the most serious,and the damage to the wharf is the most serious;The impact of different components on the collision process.Finally,from the perspective of attaching anti-collision equipment to the high-pile wharf,the comparison of the working conditions of the ship hitting the high-pile wharf with or without the rubber fender equipment shows that the collision avoidance equipment “rubber fender” hits the ship in the event of a collision accident.It has a cushioning effect and protection for high-pile wharfs,thus providing important reference for the construction of ships and docks with higher safety and higher crashworthiness. |
