At present,with the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to the living environment around,and it is very necessary to research and develop the garbage truck with excellent performance.Compressed garbage truck fully enclosed transport,with a high degree of automation,the use of good performance and low energy consumption characteristics,and to avoid secondary pollution caused by garbage in the sanitation vehicles play an important role.In this paper,the loading and unloading system of the rear loading compressed garbage truck is studied,the loading performance of the garbage truck is improved.And a new type of special PLC control system is developed for the loading and unloading system,the special purpose is strong,which has important application value and practical use value.First of all,this paper used ANSYS software to make the finite element analysis of the push plate,foud out the maximum force point and the maximum deformation of the push plate at work,and made structural optimization to reduce the friction and working pressure with the car.The motion of the compression mechanism was simulated on the ADAMS platform,and the speed and acceleration of the compression mechanism were obtained.The mechanism parameters were optimized by the kinematic analysis of the compression mechanism.Secondly,the hydraulic system of the loading and unloading system was analyzed,and the hydraulic system of each mechanism of the loading and unloading system was designed and combined into the hydraulic system of the loading and unloading system.The hydraulic system of the push plate mechanism was simulated and analyzed by using AMESim hydraulic simulation software.The simulation system was used to reflect the working condition of the push plate mechanism.The hydraulic system was designed to meet the loading and unloading system requirements.Finally,according to the actual working conditions of the loading and unloading system,the control requirements of the garbage truck loading and unloading system were analyzed,the working control flow chart and the electrical schematic diagram of the loading and unloading system were drawn,and the PLC control system of the loading and unloading system was developed.Programmable controller componented.The two parts of the ladder program were loaded and unloaded by STEP 7-Micro/WIN 32 software,and in the laboratory were debugged with S7-200 software simulation.The system control program was obtained and the feasibility of the PLC control system for the self-developed special handling system was verified.In this paper,the research on the garbage collection and unloading system of the compressed garbage truck has improved the working efficiency of the loading and unloading system,the control of the loading and unloading system is more reasonable,and the corresponding control system for the PLC control system of the core control system of the compressed garbage truck has been made Development work,at the same time to promote the installation of compressed garbage truck after the application and development made some contribution.
