With the continuous development of the city,structure and function of city becoming more and more complex,and brings great pressure to the traffic system of city.One of the most effective way to solve this problem is through the construction of intelligent transportation system,which improving the level of information management and service of traffic system,can enhance support ability of the decision.Due to the wide application of various sensors and information technology in the intelligent transportation system,the data is increasing meanwhile the complexity is gradually increasing.and the spatial and temporal characteristics of the traffic data increases.Effective traffic data organization is helpful to improve the real-time and accuracy of subsequent analysis,and ignoring the spatial and temporal characteristics of traffic data will reduce the value of the data and increase the difficulty of the organization.Therefore,it is of great value in engineering application to organize and manage traffic data based on spatio-temporal correlation.In this paper,the characteristics of traffic system data are used to organize and manage it:(1)According to the traffic data collection and analysis process,and the expression data characteristics of different information,analysis of traffic system spatio-temporal data level,clearly different levels of traffic data characteristics and data structure,according to the temporal and spatial features of the data,combined with relational data and object-oriented data model,spatio-temporal data model building traffic system.(2)Data of different detectors generating traffic system,which contains information of data,correlation analysis,correlation with parameters and the basic traffic data of traffic flow,integration in the organizational process using correlation algorithm,improve the relevance of the data.Research on the application of spatial temporal data combination,including map matching and parameter calculation of floating car,traffic state identification based on spatial temporal correlation.(3)According to the spatial and temporal characteristics of traffic time and space and the characteristics of association,this paper designs the spatial and temporal data bank and integrated information platform.The spatial database and external data based on GIS combination of the organization and management of traffic system based on the data of the road network and traffic data,according to the functional requirements of the database system can satisfy the query traffic,storage visualization of common needs,at the same time the database to analyze the data processing in accordance with the characteristics and correlation characteristics.Using Hadoop distributed file system and Spark memory distribution computing system to support the data,to meet the needs of large data traffic space time data.In order to improve the level of traffic service and the management level,it provides real-time traffic data and statistical data.(4)To organize,manage and apply the spatial and temporal data of transportation system.A traffic system spatio-temporal database and integrated traffic information platform,monitoring of Chongqing city traffic running state of the real-time detection of road vehicle speed,road condition and congestion level,with the analysis function of spatial information database method,the speed and congestion are analyzed,the monitoring results and results visualization show.The feasibility of database and platform design is proved by application.
