Concrete-filled steel(CFST)tube arch bridge has the advantages of good adaptability to the foundation,strong bearing capacity,beautiful design,low cost and quick construction.Since the first Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge,Donghe Bridge located on Wangcang County of Sichuan province,was opened to traffic in 1995,over 360 concrete filled steel tube arch bridges have been built in China.In contrast with Europian and American bridge maintenance and management mode,Chinese bridge maintenance and management mode is backward at present.What's more,the current specification for maintenance technology has obvious limitations in the field of CFST arch bridge.There have been many diseases appearing on CFST arch bridge where treatment measures is not timely and reasonable.As a result,countermeasures for maintenance of CFST arch bridge is very necessary.Through the progress of development of Chinese CFST arch bridge,it is not difficult to see that maintenance and management level is always lagging behind the engineering practice and construction control.Nowadays,there are as-built CFST arch bridges in common with lacuna of CFST,pipe corrosion,section cracking of main arch springing,arch support cracking,cracking of deck system and other diseases.Based on “The Study on maintenance technology and management strategy of decktype CFST arch bridge”,which is the item of Guizhou Provincial Department of Transportation Science and Technology Project “The research of strategy on main arch structure,concrete infusion and maintenance of deck-type CFST arch bridge”(contract No.2015—122—052),the following researches have been completed in the dissertation:1.All kinds of diseases of domestic and foreign CFST arch bridge will be collected and categorized from the whole lifecycle's periods of design,construction,operation and maintenance.Then mechanism and reason of diseases will be analyzed.Finally,specific and effective conservation measures and treatment measures are put forward.2.According to the material and mechanical properties of Xianghuoyan Bridge located in Guizhou Province,the potential reasons of diseases subjected to Bridge will be discussed.Then the cause and danger of diseases will be analyzed on the basis of geographical environment,climatic conditions and social factors around the bridge.During the period of operation and maintenance,the displacement of long columns on the arch will be recorded regularly which should be a crucial check item for the strategy of maintenance of deck-type CFST arch bridge.3.On Basis on the benefit of BIM to achieve the goal of Civil engineering's lifecycle data management,construct the framework of the integrated and synergistic cloud system of deck-type CFST arch bridge which manage and integrate real-time records of disease information of bridge to enhance the efficiency of bridge maintenance both in the period of construction and operation.4.Based on the collaborative platform of Bentley,Microstation V8 i and Navigator V8 i will be used to set up a dynamic BIM model for recording real-time disease information of Xianghuoyan Bridge.Relational center database is made as public network database,while the relationship pattern of specific disease of this bridge will be put forward simultaneously.Construct the framework of the integrated and synergistic cloud system of Xianghuoyan Bridge.
