Fiber reinforced plastic reinforcement technology is one of the most advanced research directions in the field of civil engineering,among which the application of carbon fiber composite reinforced plastic technology is the most widely used.Reinforcement technology compared to other methods,the use of reinforcement technology of prestressed carbon fiber materials in the actual engineering advantage is more obvious,and the carbon fiber material,Zhang Laduan fixed end to fully prestressed anchor is a prerequisite to applied,thus the pre stress anchorage of carbon fiber material research and development is particularly important.Although the FRP material existing in many forms,but because the prestressed carbon fiber sheet reinforcement technology started relatively late,the carbon fiber sheet anchor style is relatively small,most suitable for carbon fiber reinforced anchorage.In this paper,the carbon fiber material of anchorage and WSGG anchor as the foundation,and carries on the theoretical analysis,developed a new type of wedge anchorage,static tension test comparison study for a number of important parameters of wedge anchorage,the main contents are:(1)The domestic and foreign related prestressed CFRP plate anchor research status and product market of full investigation,and on the basis of the existing prestressed CFRP plate anchorage performance and structure were analyzed,and make full use of the advantages of anchorage and WSGG anchor,to optimize the design of the design.A new type of Prestressed CFRP plate wedge anchorage;(2)The anchorage mechanism and stress of CFRP plate anchorage are analyzed;(3)The prestressed CFRP plate wedge type anchorage clamp design static tension test scheme,including wedge anchorage static load test equipment,test content,test point arrangement method and test loading system,and materials,clip on anchorage performance of clamping surface wave shape,clip thickness three parameter setting the comparative test and control group;(4)According to the three parameters of Prestressed CFRP plate wedge anchorage anchorage performance of static load test,comparative analysis of materials,clip clamping surface wave,clip thickness three parameters influence on anchorage performance,and the three parameters are compared,the optimum anchorage form.
