Research On Preventive Maintenance Technology Of Rubber-Asphalt Mixture Thin Overlay

With the development of highway traffic,highway mileage increases year by year,roads are facing huge pressure to maintenance.Pavement preventive maintenance is a kind of appropriate maintenance measures which are taken to protect road surface solution strategies,used to prevent further minor disease,reducing the speed of pavement performance degradation,daily maintenance and repair needs,reduce pavement performance in a good condition,ensure the quality of driving,extending the service life of the road.In order to promote the development of technology and application,to seek more economical and environmental protection of the maintenance methods,this thesis is based on the project of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement in road G319 between Ge-leshan and Qing-muguan in Sha-pingba district to carry out the research on preventive maintenance of rubber asphalt mixture thin overlay.In this paper,the main works are:(1)survey evaluation of old asphalt pavement conditions,analysis of disease causes,determine the maintenance plan;(2)raw material performance tests are carried out,using the design method of rubber asphalt mixture Marshall mix design,determine the thin layer of rubber asphalt surface is the goal of asphalt mixture mixing ratio,production mixing ratio and the optimum proportion,validation of road asphalt mixture is;(3)comparative analysis of different types of asphalt mixture construction process,in combination with the rubber asphalt and mixture design and construction technical guide and other similar engineering experience,wet processing technology determined the rubber asphalt and rubber asphalt mixture of mixing,transportation,paving,rolling and joint construction technology;(4)after placement of the rubber asphalt thin layer surface is for construction quality detection and tracking observation,evaluation of construction quality and performance change rule.Results show that:(1)the old pavement surface part of the performance degradation is serious,the whole structure is complete,technical condition evaluation for the intermediate grade,PCI satisfies the requirement of thin layer cover face maintenance,suitable for preventive maintenance;To determine the preventive maintenance plan for 4.0 cm thick ARAC-10 rubber asphalt concrete surface;(2)The adhesiveness between granite and asphalt is bad,use 0.3% antistripping agent can significantly improve it.Freeze-thaw splitting strength and dynamic stability ofrubber asphalt mixture are excellent;(3)after paving thin layer of rubber asphalt concrete cover face anti-sliding performance,permeable performance meet the requirements;Tracking observation showed that pavement performance decay is slow,and has good ability to resist reflection crack.Using the rubber asphalt mixture thin overlay as preventive maintenance technology can restore pavement performance,effectively prolong the life of the road,a huge social and economic benefits,has great application prospect,The results of this study provide a wealth of practical experience for similar projects in other regions of the country,has a certain technical guidance and reference.
