With the development of modern science and technology and improve,people pay more for the brushless DC motor of the higher requirements,emergence of Brushless DC motor satisfy this requirement,the biggest characteristic of Brushless DC motor is used to replace the electronic commutator DC motor for mechanical device,the purpose of doing so is to avoid electromagnetic interference,resulting in the brush failure problem of the brushless DC motor has extended the motor need regular maintenance and repair time,but also make use of motor time have been largely improved.At the same time for wide speed regulation,DC motor with high torque,stable work,close to the mute operation state the advantages of Brushless DC motor are available,therefore provides a great help to the relevant control system improvement of technology and innovation,has very important significance.The brushless DC motor control system includes two parts:hardware and software.This paper is based on the premise of reading relevant literature and a large number of data at home and abroad,describes the background and history of the development of Brushless DC motor;with each module working principle of Brushless DC motor,analyzes the performance of each module is also introduced;the composition of the whole control system are detailed this shows that the motor rotor position detection method;according to the existing theoretical knowledge,the model of the whole simulation system,the motor speed closed-loop system and the speed and current dual loop control system design.According to the demand and design principle of the relevant requirements,choose the design of the launch of the PIC16F917 microcontroller Microchip company as the core chip,for detecting rotor position information by using the Holzer function principle of the sensor,combined with PWM related theoretical knowledge of the motor speed adjustment.The key content of the whole design is the design and the introduction of each sub circuit module,as well as the analysis of its function and the corresponding simulation software.The overall structure of the system is simple,the use of funds is low,and has the space for further development.It provides a good foundation for the research and development of developers.According to the design needs to monitor system at PC LabVIEW software selection,the rotation of the motor in the process of current and rotational speed are known,the foundational work for the debugging of the whole system is convenient and reliable,to enhance the control algorithm function and debugging work smoothly to provide security.Finally,combined with a series of test results analysis,to determine the feasibility of the design scheme,to achieve the overall system of a comprehensive,stable running state,the final desired results.
