In this paper,through the relevant research data on the risk of project construction delay at home and abroad,combined with the relevant research and practice experience,taking JG Building Group as the research object,this paper studies the transmission mechanism of risk factors of project duration delay.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey,the literature analysis,the principal component analysis and the PA-LV theory and method,aim to construct the action path and mechanism of the project duration delay based on the PA-LV project duration with the JG Building Group as the empirical target,A variety of conduction mechanisms for confirmatory analysis.First of all,based on the literature analysis method,the research background,the research status and the related theory of the engineering project duration delay are analyzed and summarized to determine the factors that affect the project construction delay.Then,based on the questionnaire survey,the influencing factors of project construction delay are divided into "Project contractor risk","Project construction project owner risk","Project construction project contract risk","Construction project Risk of "construction project risk","project construction project design side risk","project construction project supervision party risk","project construction project material supplier risk" 8 measurement dimensions,36 measurement indicators.Then,based on the principal component analysis method,taking the empirical data of JG Building Group as the object,the factorial load rotation method was used to purify the initial measurement factor,and the 10 measurement indexes of 36 initial measurement indexes were screened out to determine the risk of project duration delay Finally,eight measurement dimensions,26 measurement indicators.Then,through the PA-LV analysis method,the propagation path and the mechanism of the risk factors of the above-mentioned screening period are constructed,and the relationship between the risk factors of the project duration is analyzed and analyzed.Based on the empirical analysis of JG Building Group,it is shown that in the eight research hypotheses,the influence path of the removal of the "project supervision risk(?5)" did not influence path by assuming?1??2??3??4??6??7??8 of project delay risk(?1)there were significant effect.
