At present,the construction technology of deep water foundation is developing rapidly in various kinds of large span bridges built in various kinds of crossing bridges and inland rivers,lakes,Straits and bays in the confluence of urban traffic lines in China.For a long time,underwater construction is more difficult than land construction.Therefore,we should say that the most important topic for bridge builders is still the research on Key Technologies of bridge deepwater foundation construction.The 11# pier ~21# pier bearing platform of the 11# piers of the cross East River Bridge in Huixin Boulevard is in water.The regional water system is developed,the terrain is more complex,the surrounding construction environment is poor,and the construction is difficult.The underwater structure belongs to the structure of low pile and high pier,and the construction of double wall steel cofferdam is adopted in the construction of water bearing platform,and the structure model of the double wall steel cofferdam is established by the finite element calculation software ANSYS.It is necessary to consider the combined effects of various external loads,including hydrostatic pressure,water pressure,soil pressure,pressure of the bottom of the concrete and so on.Under the load of the real environment,the stress analysis of the steel cofferdam as a whole structure is relatively accurately simulated,so that the structure can be found to be set up.The relatively weak parts of the plan should be strengthened accordingly.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to use double wall steel cofferdam construction technology in bridge engineering,whether it is to provide support for theoretical research,or to provide reference for similar projects.This project is based on the cross Dongjiang Bridge project of Huixin Boulevard and Meishan Avenue construction project,and the construction technology of double wall steel cofferdam.In order to explore the rationality of this kind of steel cofferdam in the highway bridge project,and to sum up the construction experience,we have accumulated valuable experience and wide field of vision for similar large span bridge construction,and also are related to the construction of the bridge.The industry standard provides the reference basis.
