With the depletion of non-renewable resources,energy issues context of much attention in the global.Energy conservation and taking advantage of new and renewable energy have become the two major measures to alleviate the current energy problems,at the same time,how efficiently use of existing energy sources has become a hot issue.At present stage,renewable energy can be used mainly including water,wind and solar energy,trying to convert them to electrical energy is still their primary use patterns.In the field of variable speed constant frequency power generation,such as wind and hydroelectric power,the doubly-fed machine has been playing an important role.And so far,the doubly-fed motor is still the best way to realize high-power variable speed constant frequency power generation.The brushless doubly fed machine which is superior to the traditional double-fed motor in many ways can easily achieve variable speed constant frequency power generation.Therefore,the research and development of brushless doubly fed generator has important practical significance.In base of discussing the development process,domestic and foreign research status and characteristics of brushless doubly fed machine,this thesis analysed the operating principle and the magnetic field modulation theory of this motor,introduced the special structural features.There are separate power winding and control winding in the stator and many different rotor structures and operation modes.In order to solve the problem of producing circulation between the same phase winding in the stator optimization design process,the "two poles slot number of phase diagram method"was transplanted to greatly enhance the stator winding design efficiency.Aiming at the problem of lacking a clear method of rotor optimization design,the "parameters optimization decoupling method" was proposed to get the optimal combination of the rotor parameters.Basing on a calculation size of brushless doubly fed machine,the final optimization scheme was ensured and the inductance parameters were analyzed in the Ansoft Maxwell simulation environment.The control model of brushless doubly fed generator was established in Matlab/Simulink to verify the capacity of variable speed constant frequency power generation.
