The automation of the ship power station is one of the symbols of modern intelligent ship,whose main purpose is to keep the continuity,reliability and quality of power supply.With modern ship more and more high to the requirement of automation,ship power control,management and monitoring is more and more attention.In this paper,a new intern ship for reference,according to"regulations for classification of seagoing steel ships"of the China classification society's requirements,carrying on the design and research for multipurpose ship power station system.In this paper,multipurpose ship power load are analyzed by using three kinds of load method,calculating the ship power load.According to the result of power load calculation,determining the generator capacity and quantity,completing the design of multipurpose ship power station power supply.In this paper,studying and designing power station control system.Multipurpose ship power station control system is made up of a master station and three slave stations,using Siemens S7-300 PLC as master station,using DEIF generator protection unit GPU-3 as slave station,three sets of GPU control a diesel generator set,respectively.Process controller PLC is mainly responsible for generator set automatic start-stop,automatic connecting and disconnecting,automatic load shedding,heavy load request as well as the system protection.GPU is mainly responsible for parameter acquisition,synchronous closing and the protection of the diesel generator set.At the same time designing power system selection of detecting transducers.In this paper,carrying on short circuit current calculation for multipurpose ship power system,and completing the type selection design of circuit breaker,completing the design of ship power station main switch.Through the analysis of the coordination of circuit breakers,verifying the rationality of its configuration.At the end of the paper,using WinCC flexible configuration software to design the power system man-machine interface,and through the PLCSIM and WinCC simulation run function,realizing joint simulation of power systems,verifying the rationality of the design control process.
