Ship power station is a key research area of intelligent ship and an important part of automatic cabin.The status of its working operation is of great significance to improve the safety and reliability of ship navigation,reduce the operating cost of the ship and ensure the safety of the crew.This passage is based on the horizontal project of land automation cabin,according to the working principle of the ship low-voltage training power station system,and combins with the actual application requirements of the automated power to plant system planning,physical power plant design,hardware selection,lower-level computer software design and higher-level computer software design.The design of ship low-voltage training power station system is based on the technologies of PLC,OPC,WPF and database.The system has been successfully developed and applied in the automatic cabin.This article analyzes in detail the R&D process of the ship's low-voltage training power station system.The main work includes system overall planning,power distribution device design,power network design,and physical power station protection design,reference the monitoring points in the prepared point list to select PLC hardware modules and PPU,through MODBUS communication protocol to achieve PLC and PPU communication design.Then,according to the requirements of the system's lower-level software,a logical model is established.According to the program modularization idea,the software is designed and detailedly designed,and the function of the software is analyzed in the form of a flow chart.According to the actual demand of the ship's low-voltage training power station system monitoring and display,the software uses Corel Draw X7 to design the interface base map,uses WPF technology for interactive design,and finally uses C#language to write the control program.Using OPC communication technology,through the Ethernet communication protocol to achieve PLC and PC software communication.The development of this system meets the relevant technical requirements of China Classification Society,which successful application of the design results to the aircraft cabin of land automation shows that the system has stable operation and friendly man-machine interface,which achieves the intended goal of system design.
