Research On Spatial Layout Optimization Strategy Of Small Industrial Towns

In the new era,the small cities and towns in our country has constantly shifted theirs development forms from extensive mode to intensive and connotative pattern.Their present development strategy is to construct small towns with featured resources and preponderant positions,particularly the towns that own fine industrial bases.As the population,industry and other elements in the small towns gather rapidly to township,gather effect become more prominent so that change efficiently the spatial arrangements.So it is a key for small towns to better understand the feature and problems of industrial towns' space development in order to adapt to development conditions and trigger the power of the towns.As a result,analysing and studying these towns' spatial arrangement and raising optimized strategies are very meaningful for both practice and theory.Firstly,the thesis defines the basic conception about the industrial-based small towns and the research focuses on land allocation,land-use structure and spatial form.Also,on the basis of the basic relationships and laws between industries and spatial arrangements and theory system of the impact on spatial arrangements,the essay organizes and reviews correlation theory and research results recently at home and abroad.Then,with the mode of towns in Yu An District,Lu An City,the essay divides these towns into agrotype,industrial,commerce and trade,tourism ans compound ty pes in terms of leading industry type,including five influential elementsthat are pol-icy,economy,traffic,location and environment.By studying its land allocation,land-use structure and spatial form,we can conclude the feature and problems of industria l towns' space development of different types of industry in small towns.At last,on the basis of these features and problems,the essay provides different optimized strategies from macro-view and micro-view.Macro-view is about upgrade industries,regional co-developing,cultural inheritance,space integration and ecological protection.Micro-view is about town function,land allocation,land-use structure and land-use structure.Both views are elaborated by planing,practice and analysis of towns in Yu An District,Lu An City.
