Research On Optimization Strategy Of Industrial Space Layout In Fengxi New City From The Perspective Of Low Carbonization

Under the condition that the state vigorously advocates the development of green and low-carbon economy and construction,a large number of carbon emissions generated by the expansion of new citys in the new area can not be ignored,so we need to pay attention to promoting the low-carbon construction and development of new citys in the new area.The industrial space is an important vitality of urban development and the basic carrier of developing low-carbon green circular economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the industrial space layout of new city and new district from the perspective of low-carbon.At present,the research on low-carbon and industrial space at home and abroad is mainly aimed at promoting the green and low-carbon development of the industry itself,and mostly focuses on theory and macro industrial economy.In this paper,the industrial spatial layout research is based on the industrial space of Fengxi new city in Xixian new area,aiming to explore the research ideas that are conducive to low-carbon,green,efficient and reasonable development of industrial spatial economic benefits.The specific ideas are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the problems from the current industrial type and structure,industrial scale and development stage,current industrial layout and other aspects of Fengxi new city.At present,Fengxi new city is dominated by traditional manufacturing industry and distributed in various street offices.The main problems include the contradiction between the high-end demand of Fengxi new city industry and the low-end supply of spatial services,the scattered industrial layout and low utilization rate of resources,the insufficient correlation between industries and the weak agglomeration effect.Secondly,the carbon emission status of Fengxi new city is evaluated.At the same time,solve the optimization equation of land use structure under the constraints of low-carbon and economic goals.On this basis,optimize the planning scheme,determine the low-carbon goal of industrial development,and build the industrial space level and unit division of Fengxi new city.The low-carbon target of Fengxi new city industrial land is the integration of regional functions,the clustering of key areas and core development,and the formation of cluster spatial structure.Fengxi new city industrial space level division includes unit(2-4 square kilometers),area(20-30 square kilometers),Fengxi new city(64 square kilometers),and puts forward the division principle of industrial unit,which is divided into 17 different types of units.According to the current situation of Fengxi new city and the planned industrial types,the layout characteristics and carbon emission of various parks are proposed for Science Park,logistics park,business park and comprehensive residential service area.Then,from the overall,regional and basic unit level of Fengxi new city,the paper analyzes and summarizes the factors related to low-carbon,such as spatial suitability,transportation,industrial agglomeration,industrial association,and the balance of occupation and residence.At the overall level of Fengxi new city,the industry and space match well,the density of the overall road network is low,and the industrial connection is effectively considered in the planning of industrial layout and land use,but the industrial chain is not closely extended.At the regional level,the road network density in the south is higher than that in the north,the traffic accessibility is better,and the industrial relevance in the core area is better.At the unit level,most of the unit streets are too large,and the industrial unit and residential unit are not effectively integrated with rail transit.Finally,optimize the industrial spatial layout planning of Fengxi new city from the aspects of industrial spatial layout principle,traffic organization,industrial agglomeration and industrial chain,job housing balance and public service facilities.The overall layout is based on the principle of overall planning,district level guidance and optimization,and unit level management and control.The industrial space shall strictly abide by the three areas and three lines,and determine the access of industrialspace.In terms of industrial agglomeration and industrial chain,we should strengthen the optimization of industrial linkage in Fengxi new city as a whole,industrial low-carbon transformation and low-carbon industrial circulation layout,and determine the leading function and access threshold of industrial unit at the unit level according to the incremental and stock based guidance of the area.The balance of occupation and residence should be guided by different levels,and the public service facilities should be allocated differently.In the aspect of transportation,the comprehensive transportation oriented by TOD should be constructed as a whole.In the overall level of Fengxi new city,the layout of "one corridor,one core,three categories,seven areas and multiple units" is proposed,which reasonably increases industrial land and reserves development;in the regional level,the mixed layout of the park is based on rail transit;in the unit level,the spatial sequence mode of "multi-core" cluster is adopted.
