In recent years, in order to deal with the growing tension of fossil energy and environmental degradation, the project of distributed power grid project is connected to the project optimization. Moreover, the access of a large number of distributed power supply will change the analysis of distributed power grid and grid caused by the consequences network. Therefore, it is very important to deeply analyze the reasonable grid connected scheme DG optimal access issues of overall optimization solution method. In this paper, the project of distributed power grid project, the project optimization design and evaluation of the rationality of the relevant research.First, the analysis of distributed power grid and grid caused by the consequences;and in reference to improve the design and optimization power supply, through economic indicators reflected effect of improving the reliability of distribution network, combined with the power cost of unit load and comprehensive analysis of DG to distribution network electricity sales revenue, such as network loss, to construct grid unit annual revenue cost is minimum objective function of the programming model. In DG and load uncertainty model establishment and characteristics of time series analysis based on and adopt scene method to solve the objective function in electricity sales revenue need timing computation problem, the formation of DG optimal access issues of overall optimization solution method for the use of particle swarm algorithm.Secondly, starting from two aspects of economy and reliability, design distributed power grid project design operation effect evaluation index, the scheme for the generation of the optimized scheme and original method of operation effect were calculated respectively, using utility function method of multiple index comprehensive, realize the comprehensive evaluation to the plan optimization.Finally, through the above theoretical research, combined with the specific projects of the program optimization design and evaluation of the operational effectiveness of the program. In the process of case study, this paper introduces the specific process of the project plan optimization design, and makes a deep comparison on the operation effect of the project design plan. The research of this paper can be used for reference to improve the design and optimization of multi energy distributed power grid project.
