As the global energy crisis and environmental pollution is increasingly serious,the efficiency and low-pollution gas-steam combined cycle units is rapid development.And the waste heat boiler as the important equipment components of gas-steam combined cycle system has been valued by people.This paper is to introduce the basic structure and performance characteristics of the combined cycle unit waste heat boiler,and the technology optimization retrofit scheme is analyzed for operation problems of a gas-steam combined cycle unit heating boiler.Through technical analysis,the results are that method for structural optimization of the waste heat boiler is to increase low pressure economizer and heat exchanger heating area.And the exhaust smoke temperature will be reduced from 122.7°C to 90°C.Besides The optimization of the gas preheating system is carried out,which can be used to heat the gas from 2°C to 55°C.The energy consumption of the combined cycle heat-supply units is greatly reduced through the technical transformations.The optimized revamping of gas-steam combined cycle unit consists of the reconstruction of ontology equipment,architectural structure,reconstruction of electrical parts,and thermal control part and so on.Based on the research work of this paper,the engineering optimization design for waste heat boiler heating of a Beijing gas-steam combined cycle unit has been completed.And the performance test of waste heat boiler heating after reformed has been completed,which proves that the operating condition of the unit is good.So the technical scheme of the paper is technical feasible and advanced. |
