The combination of new energy and traditional fossil energy is a major trend in energy utilization.Parabolic trough solar auxiliary power generation system,can reduce the cost of solar thermal utilization,but also reduce coal-fired units fossil fuel emissions,but also to achieve the cascade use of energy.Based on the analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics of tidal-type solarassisted 330 MW coal-fired units complementary power system,the simulation and study of the operation and control of the complementary system are carried out.The main achievements and innovations are summarized as follows:(1)Based on the principle of energy conservation,the law of conservation of mass,the continuity equation and so on,the heat transfer field,oil-water heat exchanger and other major equipment of the trough solar collector are set up based on the energy transfer mechanism and condensing characteristics.And the establishment and analysis of the mathematical model of coal-fired units,and the complementary system model,were verified.Which lays the foundation for the follow-up of the physical model of the simulation supporting platform.(2)The modeling mechanism of star-90 emulation platform is expounded,and the Huaxin Huaiyin 330 MW coal-fired unit and trough solar assisted complementary power generation system are built on the simulation platform.By analyzing the static and dynamic performance of the heat collecting field,the influence of the solar energy collector field on the operation parameters of the coal-fired units was further analyzed.According to the requirements of practical power plant operation,the influences and requirements of the solar energy high-pressure heater(# 2,# 1)on the operation parameters of the heat collection side under the coordinated control of the turbine following and boiler following are studied respectively.(3)The parameters of the unit side should reach the value and the operating parameters of the heat collection side of the analysis,given the non-thermal storage and thermal storage of two different states,complementary system set the heat field side of the operation adjustment program,and then to The control logic of the system operation under different operating conditions is designed,and the parameters of the PI regulator are set and optimized,and the stability of the complementary system control is analyzed.(4)According to the design of the operation and control program,respectively,the stability of the water temperature under steady-state load conditions,the unit load changes under the parameters of water supply experiments,when DNI step dynamic simulation experiments,and experimental results Which can provide theoretical reference for practical engineering application.
